Private Rooms come with a bed, air conditioning, and essential furniture.

Shared Spaces include dishes, refrigerator, microwave, and free wifi. Enjoy cooking, dining, reading, and conversation together.

Non-residents are generally not permitted to enter (shop areas excepted). Deposits are refunded when you move out (deductions made for any damage or necessary repairs).
